Advisory Services
Mallorca Art acts as an independent art adviser. We facilitate introductions between buyers and sellers and provide market guidance. We do not take title to artworks and are not responsible for the condition, provenance, or authenticity of any work unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
Any advisory engagement is governed by the terms set out in the written proposal or engagement letter provided to the client at the start of a mandate.
Fees & Payment
Our fees are agreed in writing before any engagement commences. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due within 14 days of invoice. We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on overdue amounts in accordance with applicable law.
All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Clients outside the European Union may be subject to additional duties or import regulations which are their sole responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and design elements on this website are the property of Jans Bock-Schroeder or used with the permission of their respective owners. No licence to use any intellectual property is granted by these terms or by your use of the site.
